ABI Investments, LLC, based in San Diego, CA, is a boutique real estate investment company founded by the husband and wife team of Justin & Dreama Lee in 2003. Since its founding, the company has closed over $120 Million in real estate transactions.
We specialize in simple, quick and easy acquisition of residential real estate in San Diego County and the metro Seattle, WA area. Once we acquire these properties we then renovate and/or stabilize the properties, increase the unit count, and help to improve the quality of homes and neighborhoods, as well as the amount of housing stock throughout the USA.
Our projects include single-family residence and apartment buildings that we completely restore and renovate. Often times we will create additional units to address the housing shortage in our markets. Once acquired and improved, we either sell to a conventional buyer or an investor, or we hold the property providing rental housing to individuals in the marketplace we are investing.
We also partner with other local investors by providing them off market inventory, and allowing them to invest alongside us with our projects
ABI Investments, LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has conducted real estate transactions in Washington, Oregon, Missouri, California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia; in addition to the countries of Canada and Panama.
